CMHK sincerely presents "LeaveHomeSafe" guidance service at over 40 CMHK shops

"Elderly Service Plan" monthly fee is only HK$38

The HKSAR Government recently announced the mandatory use of the LeaveHomeSafe app from 9 December, 2021 in all restaurants, fitness centres, beauty parlours, massage establishments, cinemas and other regulated premises. Starting today, CMHK has launched one-stop caring services in more than 40 CMHK shops across the territory, including a "LeaveHomeSafe" app guidance service, free power bank rental service and preferential service plans, etc. The customer service centre also provides a free "Smartphone Tutorial Class" to cope with the implementation of relevant government measures.

"LeaveHomeSafe" guidance service at all CMHK shops
CMHK will arrange dedicated personnel in all CMHK shops to provide guidance to the public on the installation and use of the "LeaveHomeSafe" app. A free "Smartphone Tutorial Class" will be organised at customer service centres to comprehensively introduce smart phone functions to the elderly. The syllabus, which aims to simplify smart phone usage to new users, covers basic mobile phone operations including voice calls, data usage, WiFi and alarm clock settings and more.

Free power bank rental service
With the intensive usage of mobile phones daily, it is necessary to keep the battery life flowing. CMHK's postpaid customers can enjoy free power bank rentals from our stores1as a solution to low battery issues.

New $38 "Elderly Service Plan"
The "Elderly Service Plan" launches today for only $382,per month. Customers can enjoy 6GB of local data and up to 128kbps data unlimited thereafter, as well as a waiver of the $18 administration fee. Elderly customers who are 60 years old and above are welcome to take advantage of this plan and smoothly use the "LeaveHomeSafe" app with peace of mind.
