How to Change Service Plan & VAS
Customers need to pass identity verification at the following channels in order to process any service changes

|Apply for "Per Line Blocking"||Y||Y||Free||4 working days||Even with "Per Line Blocking" function, the telephone number will still be displayed at the recipient's side when you send SMS.|
