1.Switch to "Payment" section in Octopus App
2. Select “China Mobile” and choose the bill type under “Bill Payment ” section
3. Input mobile number and payment amount, you can also schedule a monthly payment reminder by selecting "Day of Month", then press "Pay"
4. Select payment method, If you choose to pay by:
(i) O! ePay, log in your O! ePay account, or  
(ii) Octopus card, tap your Octopus card to your NFC enabled Android mobile device, or Octopus Mobile Reader which has been successfully paired up with iOS mobile device; or     
(iii) Octopus Mobile SIM, simply tap "Confirm" 
5. Once payment is complete, a payment receipt will be shown, If you did not schedule the reminder in step 3, you can schedule it here by pressing "Setup reminder" 
6. The scheduled payment reminder will be saved under the “Bills” section

  1. Obtain the "Direct Debit Authorization Form" at CMHK outlets / Customer Care Centre or download it here.
  2. Return the completed form to your bank for processing
  3. This new direct debit authorization form will take effect on January 1, 2023, and other old direct debit authorizations will expire on the same day.

  • "Autopay" will be shown on your monthly invoice after successful application
