  1. Customers need to provide identity verification at the above channels in order to process any service changes.
  2. Customers can apply for the recent 24 months' Call Details Report. To apply, please call our Customer Care Specialist at 12580, or visit our Customer Centre. The Call Details Report will be sent to your billing address by post in approximate 14 working days.
  3. Customer can request to receive the Call Details Report together with the invoice at $30 per copy per month.
