VoWi-Fi
- With handset & service plan that supports & is activated with VoLTE, customer may enjoy seamless switching between VoWi-Fi & VoLTE without dropping call.
- 4G customers can enjoy free VoWi-Fi service. To enjoy the service, please follow the above settings instruction with supported handset & software. (Include“Supreme Greater China”4G Service Plan/"City Mover" 4G Local Service Plan/"42 Mover" 4G Service Plan/"Lite Mover" 4G Service Plan.)
- VoWi-Fi service dose not deduct any local data usage, it only charges the local/ thereafter local airtime.
- VoWi-Fi service is only available under Wi-Fi network coverage.
- VoWi-Fi service does not support IDD service & international roaming service at the moment.
- Customers are required to update Carrier Settings on their designated iPhone with iOS 9.2 to enjoy the VoWi-Fi service. Latest Carrier Settings has been released by Apple, please update accordingly.
