  3. Recipient will only receive an SMS message. The SMS will display an URL, to which the recipient can login via handset using GPRS service (or via computer) to view your International MMS. The charge of sending International MMS still applies. This service is temporarily applicable to specific network(s) until further notice.
    • International MMS is charged by number of recipient.
    • GPRS Roaming charge applies to IMMS sent while roaming abroad.
    • The delivery or receipt of International MMS is dependent upon the overseas operators’ network conditions.
    • International MMS can be sent to designated overseas networks only.
    • Chinese-character display depends on individual handset model and overseas network operators.
    • The charges are non-refundable under any circumstances even if the MMS has not been successfully sent due to overseas network conditions, or if the MMS is sent to an ineligible handset model or if the MMS has not been saved or subsequently deleted by the recipient.
    • Any ineligible mobile numbers entered will still be charged, even if the message is not successfully delivered.
