Terms and Conditions

  1. Discounted prices of GO! Pass Data Roaming Packages (“GO! Pass”) is applicable only to the customers who successfully activate the GO! Pass of China Mobile Hong Kong Co. Ltd. (“CMHK”) during the Promotion Period in designated countries / destinations (Hong Kong time).
  2. “GO! Pass” promotion period from now until 31 December 2021, and at $188 (3 days) / $258 (5 Days) / $338 (8 Days) / $458 (15 days) for Belt and Road GO! Pass, at $128 (3 days) / $158 (5 Days) / $228 (8 Days) / $338 (15 days) for Europe GO! Pass / North America GO! Pass / Southeast Asia GO! Pass / Oceania GO! Pass, at $68 (1 day) / $98 (2 days) / $128 (3 days) / $158 (5 Days) / $228 (8 Days) / $338 (15 days) for Greater China GO! Pass after the promotion period.
  3. Upon successful order of “GO! Pass”, customers shall activate the “GO! Pass” within 30 days of the date of order (Hong Kong time, inclusive of the date of order) in order to use it. “GO! Pass” will be automatically activated simultaneously upon any data usage via the Designated Operator(s) at the “GO! Pass” applicable countries/destinations. Once the “GO! Pass” is activated, charges will be billed under the customers’ account, and data usage via designated operator(s) will be counted towards the GO! Pass usage starting on the date of activation for the consecutive number of days for which the “GO! Pass” is valid (inclusive of the activation date) (“Validity Period”). Data usage shall be counted between 00:00 and 23:59 (Hong Kong time) on each calendar day. The respective pass will be automatically expired after the Validity Period ends. If new “GO! Pass” with same direction is subscribed and activated before expiry of the “Validity Period”, “Validity Period” will be automatically extended according to respective “GO! Pass”. No service fee will be charged if the “Go! Pass” is expired without activation for 30 days.
  4. “GO! Pass” is not applicable to “Supreme” service plan customer. “Supreme” service plan customer can extend the data coverage of plan entitlement to over 160 countries/destinations by subscribing the new Flexi-up service. For details, please click here.“GO! Pass” is only applicable to existing service plan subscribers of CMHK. If the customers’ data entitlement of their existing service plan can be applied to the designated countries/ destinations of any “GO! Pass” package, all data consumed shall be counted toward the plan entitlement and that respective “GO! Pass” package is not available to the customers. (Include but not limited to “Bay Area Service Plan”,  “Supreme Asia” and “Supreme Global” Service Plan).
  5. “GO! Pass” shall be respectively applicable only to the designated countries/ destinations stated as above. Standard roaming charges shall be applied for roaming data usage if customers incur any data usage outside the “GO! Pass” countries/ destinations. For customers who have subscribed the “Data Roaming Zone”, all roaming data usage outside the designated countries/ destinations shall be charged against such “Date Roaming Zone” subscription if applicable.
  6. The availability of certain services while roaming aboard depends on the local network operators, the transmission of the customers’ device and the actual location of the customers. The cellular device might automatically capture the roaming signals of network operators outside the “GO! Pass” coverage and incur extra roaming charges under extreme circumstances. CMHK accepts no liability on such circumstances. In case of dispute, the records of CMHK and overseas roaming operators shall prevail.
  7. Standard roaming charges shall apply for roaming data usage upon the expiration of the Validity Period. For customers who have subscribed the “Data Roaming Zone”, all roaming data usage upon the expiration of the Validity Period shall be charged against such “Date Roaming Zone” subscription.
  8. International Roaming – Voice & Data will be activated immediately and automatically upon successful subscription of “GO! Pass” without further notice.
  9. When the data roaming usage of Europe / North America / Belt and Road / Southeast Asia / Oceania “GO! Pass” reach 600MB (3-days “GO! Pass”) / 1GB (5-days “GO! Pass”) / 1.5GB (8-days “GO! Pass”) / 2GB (15-days “GO! Pass) ; Greater China “GO! Pass” reach 500MB (1-day “GO! Pass”) / 1GB (2-days “GO! Pass”) / 1.5GB (3-days “GO! Pass”) / 2GB (5-days “GO! Pass”) / 2.5GB (8-days “GO! Pass”) / 3GB (15-days “GO! Pass) / 8GB (15-days High Usage “GO! Pass) the data speed will be set at up to 128kbps while customers can continue to enjoy data roaming. Please note the actual speed and usage experience depends on applicable roaming networks and practical circumstances. From 26 Mar 2021, full speed data usage of 15 Days Greater China High Usage GO! Pass will be increased from 8GB to 16GB.
  10. Some countries/ destinations in “GO! Pass” may not support short code. If customers wish to order “GO! Pass” upon arrival, he/she may choose to login to CMHK web site for order and may incur respective roaming data usage.
  11. Customers subscribing 4G/5G service plan may enjoy 4G network service with suitable 4G/5G mobile device. For details of the coverage and applicable devices of 4G/5G Data Roaming Service, please click here.
  12. If existing “Data Roaming Zone” subscribers wish to subscribe the “GO! Pass”, a separate subscription is required since “GO! Pass” will not be automatically applicable nor activated.

  14. By subscribing the “GO! Pass” service, customer agrees, accepts and is being bound by the terms and conditions herein contained.

  16. In case of any disputes, CMHK reserves the right to make the final decision.
  17. Should there be any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version shall apply and prevail.
