1. “Trade-in Service” is only applicable to designated trade-in devices, including designated trade-in handsets, tablets, smart watches and earphones. Terms and Conditions apply.
2. The trade-in devices (including battery) should be in good condition and meet the standard for trade-in. CMHK reserves the right to refuse to accept any device for trade-in.
3. Trade-in Price will vary depending on the extent of damage to the designated device.
4. The trade-in value can use to apply toward buying a new device and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or other products.
5. Customers confirm SIM has been removed / all personal data / photos inside the trade-in device are erased. CMHK will not be responsible for the loss / retrieval / restoration or transference of personal data in the trade-in device.
