“MyLink Winter Local Prepaid SIM Card Refill Lucky Draw” (“Campaign”) Terms and Conditions

  1. China Mobile Hong Kong Company Limited (“CMHK”) is the organizer the “MyLink Winter Local Prepaid SIM Card Refill Lucky Draw”(“Lucky Draw”) in the Campaign.
  2. The Campaign commences on 8 December 2020 at 00:00 until 8 January 2021 at 23:59 (Hong Kong time) (both days inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).  Participation in the Campaign before or after the Promotion Period is considered invalid. Time is based on the official system of CMHK.
  3. The Campaign is only applicable to existing designated local Prepaid SIM Cards customers (excluding customers of Kabayan, Rekanan, Teman, My Friend Prepaid SIM Card, MySim mobile service, SIMPLIFLY, Mobile Duck Data Prepaid SIM Card, Kid Watch Bay Area 365 Day Prepaid SIM Card, any other Outbound Traveler Prepaid SIM Card and Domestics Helper SIM Card) (“Eligible Customers”) of CMHK.
  4. Each Eligible Customer who successfully instant online refill designated local Prepaid SIM Cards  with value of HK$50 or above (e-Cash coupon and  MyLink Points Reward are taken into account) during the Promotion Period via MyLink Mobile Application (“MyLink App”) is automatically eligible to participate in the Lucky Draw. If the customer refills twice during the Promotion Period, the number of the Prepaid SIM Card will be recorded twice, and so on. The higher number of refills, the greater the chance of winning. This Campaign does not accept any activation of refill vouchers through the MyLink App.
  5. The Lucky Draw will be held on 12 January 2021, and the winners will be drawn randomly by computer.
  6. Under no circumstances will any refill value be refunded, transferred or exchanged for any other goods. Entitlement to the Campaign and eligibility of an Eligible Customer to the Campaign shall be determined by CMHK at its sole discretion. CMHK reserves the right to disqualify the participant from participating in this Campaign and forfeit his/her entitlement to the Campaign should there be any violation of these Terms and Conditions and to take legal actions in respect of any disruption caused to the Campaign.
  7. The Lucky Draw results will be announced on CMHK website, MyLink App, Sing Tao Daily and The Standard on 21 January 2021. Winners will be notified individually by SMS.

  1. The winners of the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold2 5G handset / Nokia 8.3 handset/ Huawei Nova 7 handset and $288 Big Bay Area 365-Day Prepaid SIM Card must present: (a) the winning Prepaid SIM Card; (b) original identification documents; and (c) the redemption SMS to redeem the prize in person at CMHK Mongkok Flagship Shop (Address: 2/F, 1L & 1M Sai Yeung Choi Street South, Mongkok) (“Designated Address”). No authorization for redemption is accepted. If (i) a winner fails to present any one of the aforesaid proof, namely item (a), (b) and (c); or (ii) item (a)/item (b) are inconsistent with CMHK’s internal record, CMHK reserves the right of disqualification. Prize must be claimed within the redemption period and at Designated Address as stated in the redemption SMS. If a winner fails to claim the prize during the redemption period, the winner will be deemed to have given up his/her prize and his/her right to redeem it and any unclaimed prizes will be forfeited
  2. The prize photos, pictures or designs of the promotional materials of the Campaign are for references only. If the prize has different colors, the color of the prize will be randomly assigned by CMHK, and winners are not allowed to choose the color.
  3. The winners of the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold2 5G handset / Nokia 8.3 handset and Huawei Nova 7 handset must open the package and activate the handset at the time of prize redemption.
  4. The awarded MyLink Refill e-Coupon will be issued to the corresponding winner’s MyLink App account within 14 days or as soon as possible which CMHK is able to after the Lucky Draw . Customers may check their MyLink Refill e-Coupon on the page of “Me – My e-Cash Coupon”.
  5. The MyLink Refill e-Coupon earned under this Campaign is valid until 30 April 2021.
  6. Each Eligible Customer(s)/winner(s) can potentially win a maximum of one (1) prize under this Campaign.
  7. All prizes cannot be re-sold, changed or exchanged to cash, credits or any other goods or services. They are non-replaceable, non-transferable, non-refundable and non-returnable.
  8. If the winner loses the prize or is stolen, CMHK does not assume any liability and will not make a replacement of the prize.
  9. CMHK makes no warranties or representations of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, with respect to the prizes provided by third party suppliers. For any enquires or complaints relating to these prizes, please contact corresponding suppliers, CMHK accepts no liability or responsibility for any matters relating to the prizes including the quality of the prizes and/or services provided by the corresponding suppliers. Any disputes arising from the use or enjoyment of prizes must be resolved by the winners and the corresponding suppliers.
  10. All prizes shall be subject to its terms and conditions of use, including but not limited to any expiration dates (if any) and all other terms and conditions of the corresponding suppliers. Any guarantees and warranties relating to the prizes (if any) are subject to the corresponding suppliers’ terms and conditions and winners agree to bring against such suppliers for any such warranty or guarantee claims.
  11. CMHK shall not be responsible for any delayed, lost, wrong, or unrecognizable answer, entry or submission or causes in which participants fail to enter MyLink App to participate in the Campaign due to technical disruption or error, network congestions, incompatibility of software or any other reasons. In the event of a dispute over any answer, entry or submission, CMHK’s decision shall be final and conclusive.
  12. Each Eligible Customer(s)/winner(s)’s participation in the Campaign is voluntary and he/she agree(s) to participate in the Campaign at his/her own risk. CMHK shall not be responsible for any loss, damages, costs, claims, proceedings (including but not limited to direct, indirect and consequential loss) incurred or suffered by the Eligible Customer(s)/winner(s) as a result of his/her participation in the Campaign.
  13. Each Eligible Customer(s)/winner(s) agree(s) to indemnify and hold CMHK harmless from all claims or demands in connection with his/her breach of any of these Terms and Conditions, or his/her violation of any laws or rights of a third party.
  14. CMHK has the discretion to disqualify and claim compensation from any Eligible Customer(s)/winner(s) who CMHK, in its sole discretion, suspects that he/she: (i) is undertaking or in connection with any unusual or suspicious activities, (ii) is using inappropriate method or committing fraud to interrupt operation and interfere any part of the Campaign, causing technical problems, OR detects he/she involves in(iii) any dishonest conduct, false or inaccurate information provided or (iv) any breaches of these Terms and Conditions or any other applicable laws or regulations, without notice or reason, and without any liability to any person.
  15. Employees of CMHK are not eligible to participate in the Campaign.
  16. Eligible Customer(s)/winner(s) when participating in this Campaign agree(s) and accept(s) that CMHK may collect, use and disclose their personal data for the purposes of administration of the Campaign, verification of identity at the time of prize redemption and other promotional purposes in such manner as set out in the General Personal Information Collection Statement (http://www.hk.chinamobile.com/en/pics.html) and Privacy Policy Statement (http://www.hk.chinamobile.com/en/privacy.html).
  17. All Eligible Customer(s)/winner(s)’ personal data collected in this Campaign will be used for the purpose of contacting and verifying identity of Eligible Customer(s)/winner(s) and reward redemption. If users have provided personal data on MyLink and given consent to CMHK, personal data collected in MyLink will be used for communicating news, promotions and marketing activities purposes.   18. In case of any dispute, the decision of CMHK shall be final and conclusive.
  19. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong and the Eligible Customer(s)/winner(s) consent(s) to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts for any actions or claims arising under or related to these Terms and Conditions.
  20. Should there be any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall apply and prevail.
