Existing local 2G Prepaid SIM Card customers can upgrade to 4G/3G 1-Card-2-Number Prepaid SIM Card (Upgrade Version) or 4G/3G Data & Voice Roaming Prepaid SIM Card (Upgrade Version) to enjoy quality service. Please bring along with your SIM card holder and visit CMHK shops or Customer Centre within the SIM card validity period and the card upgrade progress takes about 30 minutes.

1.When the accumulated data usage of selected package reaches the upper limit, data service will be suspended; if you still need to use data service, please press *103*11# to terminate the service and then re-subscribe the data package that you need.
2.The Monthly Fee will be automatically deducted every 30 days. The service will be terminated without prior notice if the stored value balance is insufficient. Customer must ensure the card has sufficient stored value and then re-subscribe the service in order to use the service again.
3.Mobile Data Package is only applicable to using data service in Hong Kong. Data roaming charge will be applied if you use data roaming service while abroad.
4. Actual data transmission speed may vary due to various factors, including but not limited to, data roaming operators, network traffic conditions, handset models, handset settings (both hardware & software), uploaded/downloaded content, selected Prepaid Cards, and other external factors.
- Customer is required to refill not less than $100 instantly to the above listed 4G/3G 1-Card-2-Number Prepaid SIM Card (Upgrade Version) or 4G/3G Data & Voice Roaming Prepaid SIM Card (Upgrade Version) (hereinafter “New Prepaid SIM Card”), or pay $10 for card upgrade handling fee.
- The New Prepaid SIM Card is valid for 180 days upon migration completed if customer refill not less than $100 instantly. The validity period will remain unchanged if customer pays $10 for card upgrade handling fee.
- After upgrading to the New Prepaid SIM Card, administration fee for the first 30 days’ period will be waived and thereafter administration fee will be deducted automatically from the remaining card value every 30 days. The administration fees of 4G/3G 1-Card-2-Number Prepaid SIM Card (Upgrade Version) is $6 for every 30 days, while that of 4G/3G Data & Voice Roaming Prepaid SIM Card (Upgrade Version) is waived .
- Once the upgrade procedures are completed, “Buddy Package” Service can be transferred to 4G/3G Data & Voice Roaming Prepaid SIM Card (Upgrade Version). The validity period of “Buddy Package” Service will be calculated once card upgrade procedures are completed, and the service fee will be charged instantly. Other existing value-added services of the original local 2G Prepaid SIM Card will not be transferred to the New Prepaid SIM Card once the card upgrade procedures are completed.
- After the card upgrade, the remaining stored value and mobile number of the original local 2G Prepaid SIM card will be transferred to the New
- Prepaid SIM Card. The service tariff, value-added services and terms & conditions etc. will be governed by those of the New Prepaid SIM Card.
- After upgrading to the New Prepaid SIM Card, it is not allowed to restore to the original local 2G Prepaid SIM Card.
- No request for change to the above selected New Prepaid SIM Card will be entertained once confirmed.
- Rekanan, Kabayan, My Friend Prepaid SIM Card are not applicable
