Subscription of 5G Plus Local Data Package and an additional 13 months contract are required.   2. Subscription Extra Discount is only applicable to new/ MNP customers who subscribe to a designated service plan for 24 months or above and purchase designated handset at the same time. The Subscription Extra Discount is calculated based on the Contract Special Price. Each HKID or Passport Number is entitled to Subscription Extra Discount once only.Customers are required to pay handset prepayment (amount is subject to the selected Service Plan). Such prepayment will be credited to customers’ monthly bills over contract period. 
  • MNP customers shall successfully porting-in to the CMHK network within 130 days upon signing the contract.
  • Each HKID or Passport Number is entitled to Subscription Extra Discount to purchase designated handsets once only.
  • Customers who purchase iPhone 13 Pro Max, iPhone 13 Pro, iPhone 13, iPhone 13 mini or iPhone SE (3rd Generation) are required to agree to unpack & activate the handset by our shop staff in order to complete the transaction.
  • If there is any malfunction or damage of the iPhone 13 Pro Max, iPhone 13 Pro, iPhone 13, iPhone 13 mini or iPhone SE (3rd Generation) , customers shall contact Apple for repair service. Repair charges or return decision is subject to Apple's policy.
