1. Which iPhone models can join 'iPhone for Life'?
Eligible models: iPhone 14/ 14 Plus/ 14 Pro/ 14 Pro Max.

2. Do I need to subscribe to any designated service plan for joining 'iPhone for Life'?
Customer need to subscribe designated 5G Service Plan or "Supreme" Service Plan with 5G Plus Local Data Package.

3. Do I need to join 'iPhone for Life' with designated payment method?
Customers need to pay with designated Credit Card for the discounted handset price for 33-month installment plan.

4. When do I need to return the iPhone?
Customer must decide whether to return the iPhone or not within 30 days after the 24th installment. We will inform the arrangement to customers via SMS.

5. Can I return the iPhone earlier than the 24th month?
No, customers must pay till the 24th installment and return the iPhone within 30 days after 24th installment to enjoy 'Guaranteed Buy-Back Value'; If customers decide to return the iPhone before the 24th installment, the trade-in value will be subject to the policy at the time of "Trade-In Service". 6. Can I redeem the 'Guaranteed Buy-Back Value' as cash?
No. CMHK will refund the 'Guaranteed Buy-Back Value' to related banks, to offset the remaining installment payments.

7. Can I keep the iPhone?
Yes. If you do not return the iPhone within 30 days after 24th installment, you are required to continue paying the remaining balance to related banks monthly, and the "Guaranteed Buy-Back Value" will be forfeited.

8. What can I do if my iPhone does not meet the standard for trade-in?
The trade-in product and devices (must including battery) should be in good condition, able to turn on & off, call, connect WiFi network and be free from cosmetic damage or scratches, Face ID sensor function properly, unlock Apple ID and password. If the product and device falls into the following: i) has been self-repaired or jail-break or ii) has been exposed to water or damped or iii) has obvious damage and/or iv) malfunctioned due to hardware or software, CMHK reserves the right to refuse to accept the said device for trade-in.

1. iPhone for Life (the "Offer") consists of "Guaranteed Buy-Back Value" and "Product Return Service" provided by China Mobile Hong Kong Co. Ltd. ("CMHK") and service of the Installment Program provided by designated banks. The period of the Plan subject to the dates announced by CMHK. ("Promotion Period") For details of "Guaranteed Buy-Back Value" and "Product Return Service", please refer to below.

2. This Offer is only applicable to new or existing CMHK customers who subscribe to designated service plan (including 5G Service Plan, Supreme Service Plan with 5G Plus Local Data Package) for 24 months or above, and not applicable to handset only sales. Each service plan is eligible to one iPhone with designated model ("Product"). The designated service plan may update timely.

3. Real name registration with HKID or Passport is needed for the service plan and each HKID or Passport Number is entitled to purchase only two designated Product by the Offer.

4. This Offer is only applicable to single customer (Eligible Customers) and not applicable to corporate customer and Company Staff customer.

5. Eligible Customers shall purchase the Product in CMHK Shop with designated credit card within the promotion period, and repay the full amount of the Product by way of 33-month equal monthly installment payments according to the repayment schedule. In addition to this terms and conditions, customers shall be deemed to accept and agree to be bound by the relevant terms and conditions of the Instalment Plan. 6. The product and service of this Offer may be provided by the suppliers. To the greatest extent permitted by law, CMHK shall not be liable for any function or content of the Offer supplied by the suppliers, and any related consequences, expenses, expenditures, losses or damages that may or may be caused by or attributable to the use of the Offer. Any enquiries, claims or complaints regarding the product and service provided by the suppliers, such as the Instalment Plan or Apple Product, should be directly addressed to designated banks and Apple or other suppliers and CMHK would not bear any liability.

7. Under the condition that customers are in full compliance with the terms and conditions and pay the service fee on the service plan on time, customers are eligible to enjoy one of the below offer after the 24th month of the instalment plan within 30 days:

 (1) return your qualified Product to CMHK with“Guaranteed Buy-Back Value” (equal to the remaining 9-months of the 36-month installment) to offset the remaining instalment payments of related banks if , or

 (2) upgrade to the latest iPhone with promotion price after the Product return; customer shall be deemed to accept and agree to be bound by the relevant terms and conditions of Trade-In Service; or

 (3) keep your product and continue to pay the balance by instalments.

 For option (3), customer can pay the remaining balance by instalments or one-off payment.

8. Customer will receive notification SMS for above arrangement during contract period of the service plan. If customer do not return the qualified product within the specific period listed on SMS, customer shall be deemed to give up the "Guaranteed Buy-Back Value" and choose to keep the product and continue to pay the balance by instalments.

9.CMHK shall only accept the Product on the conditions that (a) the Product complies with the Device Acceptance Criteria (as defined hereunder) in full and in whole, (b) none of the conditions as stipulated in Clause 10 occurs; and (c) the service plan subscribed by the Eligible Customer for the purchase of the Product under this Program is still subsisting when the Eligible Customer returns the Product to CMHK. If the aforementioned conditions are not met, CMHK shall refuse the Products.

The device acceptance criteria (the “Device Acceptance Criteria”) is set as below:

m. Speaker/ Microphone Defect (Automated test in app) Speaker is able to produce sound and microphone is able to pick up the sound

o. SIM card function Have cellular signal and able to make calls
p. Model validation Model and International Mobile Equipment Identity number (IMEI) must be matched with the iPhone

10. If the Product falls into the following conditions, CMHK reserves the right to refuse the returned Product:
a. has been self-repaired or jail-break; or
b. has been exposed to water or damped; or
c.has obvious damage; or
d.malfunctioned due to hardware or software.

11. CMHK shall not accept any returned Products that are not purchased pursuant to the Program.

12. In the event where the original Product is swapped by Apple Authorized Repair Centre (e.g. warranty claim), document proof shows swap shall be provided to CMHK for claiming the Offers.

13. By returning the Product to CMHK, the Eligible Customers is deemed to have confirmed that all personal data and photos in the returned Product are erased. These shall be deemed lost and cannot be recovered once the Product is returned. CMHK shall not be responsible for any loss, retrieval, restoration or transfer of personal data retained in the returned Product.

14. The title and ownership of the Product shall be transferred to CMHK upon acceptance of the Product by CMHK.

15. CMHK reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions, any related terms and conditions and the Device Acceptance Criteria without prior notice to the Eligible Customers

16. Customers confirmed SIM has been removed / all personal data / photos inside the trade-in devices are erased. To the greatest extent permitted by law, CMHK will not be responsible for any loss / retrieval / restoration or transference of personal data in the trade-in product and devices.

17. The available Product will be updated and amended from time to time, the available Product are subject to the stock availability.

18. Customers are required to agree to unpack & activate the Product by our shop staff in order to complete the transaction. Once the Product is unpacked and activated, customers shall be deemed to accept and agree to be bound by this terms and conditions and any related terms and conditions.

19. If there is any malfunction or damage of the Product, customers shall contact Apple for repair service and be in full compliance with related terms and conditions. Repair charges or return decision is subject to Apple's policy.

20. No faulty device replacement is offered by China Mobile Hong Kong for the Product and all Apple products.

21. This offer cannot be exchanged for cash, no change will be given in any form, and is non-refundable, non-transferrable and non-resalable.

22. Unless otherwise specified, this Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.

23. CMHK reserves the right to amend the above terms and conditions and any related terms and conditions without prior notice.

24. In case of any dispute, the decision of CMHK should be final.

25. The Chinese version of these terms and conditions shall prevail whenever there is a discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions.
